Pay & Benefits
Pay: $18.50–$25.00 per hour. Your rate reflects your experience and credentials.

Where This Can Lead
Caregiving with Comfort Keepers can be the start of a career, not just a job. Many of our caregivers grow into Senior Caregiver roles, and from there into Client Care, Scheduling, or Sales positions within the company.
What You'll Do
As a Comfort Keepers caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Depending on your client's needs, your day may include:
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and transfers
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Providing medication reminders
- Helping with transportation to appointments and errands
- Supporting clients living with dementia and other cognitive or behavioral health challenges
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Communicating with our care team to ensure your client gets the support they need
Required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Prior caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience
- Experience with dementia or behavioral health care
- Availability for weekend or overnight shifts
