About This Role

Caregiver – Rutherfordton, NC

Now hiring experienced caregivers for full-time and part-time morning (AM) shifts!

Do you have a heart for helping others live safely and joyfully at home? Comfort Keepers Home Care in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers to join our team. If you’re available for morning shifts and want to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

You’ll provide one-on-one care that helps seniors maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and other hands-on needs while encouraging independence.

Cognitive Support: Provide compassionate support for clients living with dementia, helping them feel safe and comfortable.

Companionship & Household Support: Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and offer meaningful companionship.

You’ll build trusted relationships, support families, and make each morning count.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates must:

  • Have at least one year of professional caregiving experience

  • Be available for morning (AM) shifts and weekend shifts

  • Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care

  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and reliability

CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is a plus.
